My clients company has been using a another Fax Server product, running on Windows NT 4.0 Server since 1998. We recently had this Server fail which created an urgency to find a quick replacement. We considered a new computer running Windows 2003 Server but the current Fax Server we owned did not support a newer operating system other than Windows NT 4.0. We priced the upgrade for this product which was several thousands of dollars not counting the hardware and specialized modems which it requires to operate.

We decided to give GFI FAXmaker for Exchange a try because GFI offered a fully working trial version of their product along with free technical support. We installed, configured, and was up and running within one business day. We implemented the GFI FAXmaker software onto our existing Microsoft Exchange Server and performed a setup for 30 network users. It was apparent after using GFI FAXmaker for only a few days that this was our product of choice. GFI FAXmaker gave my clients organization everything they needed - it was a perfect fit! Not only did GFI FAXmaker work well and increase their efficiency, it also had a huge cost savings benefit. We did not need a dedicated Server nor a newer version of Windows Server. We used our existing Windows 2000 Server along with Exchange Server 2000 and two US Robotics external modems.

The GFI FAXmaker product is very reliable and easy to manage and use. As a systems integrator and reseller, I am already turning to other GFI products for my clients. One in particular is the GFI MailEssentials. Thank you for giving us products that work great, that are simple to implement and manage, and are reasonably affordable.
